Women's Aid can give you confidential information and support. If you are frightened or worried about the way your partner or ex-partner is treating you, you do not have to put up with it. There are many things you can do to protect yourself and any children from further harm. No one deserves to be abused.
No one should have to put up with abuse. There is support for anyone who needs help. Women and children who are affected by domestic abuse have rights under the law.
