A play about so called "revenge porn"

Hello, my name is Belle Jones and I am a feminist theatre maker based in Glasgow. I'm developing a mixed media theatre piece on the subject of revenge porn or NCSIM. It's a one woman show, a monologue from the point of view of a young mother whose daughter is the same age as she was when she fell pregnant with her. The fifteen year old daughter has gone missing after being made a victim of NCSIM and the mother is left trying to work out how, if at all, she can make things OK again for her daughter.

Toiletries drive from TYCI

Toiletries drive from TYCI

TYCI, a feminist collective who put on music nights, a radio show and a zine are very kindly running a toiletries drive for Glasgow Women's Aid. If you have any unwanted Christmas gifts, toiletries, cosmetics or anything you think a woman in refuge might like and you'd like to donate it, head along to their events over January. Thanks TYCI!

This 16 days of activism, we at Scottish Women’s Aid are using the overall theme of “From Peace in the Home to Peace in the World: Let’s Challenge Militarism and End Gender-Based Violence “ as a springboard to explore the ways in which cultures of violence impact on us all.
