The final evaluation report brings together evidence from the entire Cedar pilot programme. It builds on the Interim Evaluation Report which provided early findings from the first year of operation. It shows how Cedar fits into a bigger picture of outcomes for children and young people and complements the associated Part 1 of the Cedar Toolkit (The Cedar Framework).
