Working in partnership
We sit on a variety of Cross Party Groups hosted at the Scottish Parliament. We provide administrative support to the Cross Party Group on Men's Violence Against Women, and we attend Cross Party Groups on Sexual Health and Children.
Single Outcome Agreements and Violence Against Women Outcomes
Local authorities and their partners in health the police and the voluntary sector are at the forefront of work to prevent violence against women and provide services for victims across Scotland. To support the work of local multi-agency partnerships and the development of a more consistent approach and we worked in partnership with the National Violence against Women Network and in consultation with other agencies working in this sector to develop a model outcomes framework and logic model. The framework can be used by local authorities and multi-agency partnerships to capture the links between the activities carried out locally and the long term outcomes that this work relates to within their Single Outcome Agreements and the Scottish Government’s National Performance Framework. The Violence Against Women Outcomes framework has now been adopted by the Scottish Government and we will continue to work with them in the next phase of its development.
